We are looking for a Dutch speaking customer expert to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers from the Netherlands & Belgium who need help or have inquiries about finding or reserving a ride, starting or ending a car rental, or managing their account & balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Dutch (Level C1+)
- English (Level B2+)
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with computers
