We are seeking an experienced Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring high-quality customer service standards are met.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be proactive and efficient, and have a strong understanding of customer-centric principles. A native level of German and at least a B1 level of English is required.
