About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Global Customer Support Specialist to join our customer service team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers across multiple channels.

Key Accountabilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior support specialists
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in English
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a contact center environment
