Job Overview:

The role of a Customer Service Representative at Blu Selection involves providing top-notch support to customers across various channels, including social media, chats, emails, and calls. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media, chats, emails, and calls
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions or transactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner

Requirements:

  • Native French speaker with a good level of English (B2 minimum)
  • Already based in Portugal (we can only recruit below Coimbra till Algarve)
  • Motivated and committed to work
  • Able to write in French
  • Team player willing to work with multiple nationalities
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus

What's in it for you?

  • Full-time job and 6 months temporary contract
  • Salary: 890€ gross per month x 14 salaries per year + performance-related bonus up to €100 monthly
