Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to prospective clients in the Polish market.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities in the Polish market.
- Negotiation and Closing
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Linguistic Proficiency
- Native Polish language proficiency.
- Communication Skills
- English proficiency at a B2 level or above, with excellent communication skills.
- Professional Experience
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
