We are a well-established and rapidly growing boutique travel company that specializes in creating fully customized experiences for our clients traveling throughout Europe. Our company has been arranging unique travel experiences since 2006 and we have been named in publications such as Travel+Leisure, the New York Times, USA Today, and National Geographic.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the backbone of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance and assisting sales staff with their daily workload.
Key Responsibilities:- Completing daily follow-up phone calls and emails with clients.
- Assisting the sales team with their daily workload and coverage during days off.
- Responding to inbound phone calls and providing timely responses to new leads.
- Following sales processes and maintaining an organized workflow.
- Native English speaker with excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Customer care/call center experience.
- Flexible availability for afternoons/evenings EST, weekends, and holidays, with high-speed internet for remote work.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, and familiarity with European geography.
- Adaptability in handling client needs, detail-oriented, numerically skilled, and passionate about travel.
- Travel experience within Europe.
- Sales experience.
- Well-traveled within Europe.
- Hospitality industry experience.
- Remote working experience.
- Prior exposure to the travel industry.
