Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through various communication channels, solving problems, and offering solutions. You will also collaborate closely with our team members and balance multiple projects and manage different timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media
- Solve problems and offer solutions

Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and Italian (both mandatory) and English
- At least a year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
