At Blu Selection, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist with Technical Expertise to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical guidance to customers via phone, email, and online chat.

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to M365 technology, Active Directory, API, and networking.

  • Collaborate with customers to identify and implement solutions that meet their business needs.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support.

Requirements:
  • Native level of German and good English language skills.

  • Enthusiasm for business and affinity for technology.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with M365 technology, Active Directory, API, and networking concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
