Become a Service & Delivery Coordinator for a leading social media platform at Blu Selection As part of the Trust and Safety team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for users, sellers, and creators.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review and classify various types of content, such as videos, images, text, and audio, according to established policies.

  • Effectively respond to customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety actions, including abuse reports and enforcement appeals.

  • Ensure user and brand safety through efficient content moderation practices.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A native-level proficiency in German and a minimum B2 level of English is mandatory for this role.

  • A valid Portuguese work permit is required, and living in or relocating to Lisbon is necessary for this international opportunity.

  • Motivation and commitment to performing tasks effectively are essential qualities for success.

  • Emotional maturity and professional detachment when dealing with sensitive content are also necessary.
