Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our talented product team and help us revolutionise healthcare by minimising medical errors and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating on building the product vision and executing the product strategy, defining and gathering functional and business requirements, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build new product features, driving new feature development from start to finish on multiple user interface platforms, planning and communicating new feature roll-outs to internal and external stakeholders, partnering with the design team to conduct user research and usability tests, conducting field research to understand and prioritise user needs, collaborating with product managers, analysts, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality product features and user experiences, owning, defining, monitoring, and measuring success metrics for the product/features.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of direct product manager experience or similar, experience in healthcare or health tech, experience engaging multiple stakeholders to support essential business decisions, familiarity with design thinking principles and lean and agile software delivery, knowledge of Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), leadership skills and capacity to be a technical guidance/mentor by example, data-driven decision mindset and result-oriented, great organisation and planning skills, experience working closely with design and development professionals.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
