Job Description

This full-time position will be based in our Lisbon office, working in a hybrid mode (2 days at the office). As a Talent Acquisition and HR Partner, you will collaborate closely with the country manager and team to optimize the work environment. Your role will encompass:

  • Building strong relationships as the HR point of contact to support employees and managers throughout their employment lifecycle.
  • Serving as the trusted HR advisor for the local site manager.
  • Collaborating with managers, departmental HRBPs, and the HR team to enhance productivity, hiring, and retention.
  • Full-cycle recruitment: managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and company culture.
  • Sourcing & Networking: identifying passive candidates through diverse channels to build a diverse talent pool.
  • Screening & Interviewing: conducting initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: maintaining a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: promoting the company's employer brand through online presence, recruitment events, and social media.
  • Implementing HR policies and strategies that optimize growth, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR within a tech organization.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a start-up environment and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent English language skills.
