We are looking for an experienced professional who will support our finance department by scaling our global accounts payable function. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing efficiency and accuracy in our accounts payable process.
This role involves:
- Processing between 300-400 invoices per month with high accuracy;
- Facilitating payments and controlling expenses by processing invoices in Coupa, our tool for facilitating the P2P process as well as supplier management from onboarding to networking;
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment batch preparation by compiling and reviewing invoices meticulously;
- Maintaining the organization and maintenance of the AP and Expense inboxes to ensure inquiries are answered and processed expeditiously within established SLAs;
- Serving as a liaison between internal business users and vendors to facilitate correct and timely payments and independently resolving invoice issues and disputes;
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar program;
- 3+ years' experience in full cycle accounts payable;
- 2+ years of experience with accounts payable systems, ideally Coupa and NetSuite;
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. If you are a self-motivated and analytical individual with excellent communication skills, please submit your application.
