Job Description

We are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) position within our internal team/client. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, and/or Customer Success Manager (CSM) in technology-related businesses. They should have specific experience leading large, global company customer relationships and be familiar with mobile application development, website creation, and app stores.
