Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician / Asset Management professional to join our team in Oporto. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT asset management, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience using IT Asset Management platforms, with Freshworks being a preferred tool. They will also possess solid knowledge of ITIL processes and ITAM best practices, as well as analytical skills for interpreting data and preparing detailed reports.
The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in English (C1 level) is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain IT assets across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Implement and enforce security policies using Microsoft Intune, protecting sensitive data and systems
- Use IT Asset Management platforms to track and report on asset usage and performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Analyze data to inform business decisions, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Prepare detailed reports to stakeholders, showcasing progress and achievements
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT asset management, with a proven track record of success
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies, with experience implementing and enforcing policies
- Experience using IT Asset Management platforms, with Freshworks being a preferred tool, to track and report on asset usage and performance
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and ITAM best practices, with experience applying these principles in a real-world setting
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and preparing detailed reports, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (C1 level), with experience communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
