**The Ideal Candidate:**
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Portuguese-speaking technical support representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the success of our team.
**Key Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Provide technical support via various communication channels in Portuguese.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
**Must-Have Skills and Experience:**
- Exceptional language skills in Portuguese (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service is highly valued.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
