About the Role
  • Contacting new and existing clients via phone, email, and chat to identify business opportunities and improve client experience
  • Providing pre-and after-sales support, becoming an expert on advertising on the platform
  • Managing a portfolio with responsibility for growing revenue and delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Native level of French and fluent English (B2-C1)
  • Previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and electronic mail systems
  • Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and follow-up skills
What We Offer
  • Type of contract: long-fixed term, renewable every year
  • 30 days of probation period before signing the contract
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (7 AM - 5 PM)
  • Salary conditions: including free accommodation (€1040 gross/month), excluding accommodation (€1240 gross/month)
  • Private health insurance from the beginning of the contract
  • Relocation support for international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, and yearly two-way flight ticket
