We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  2. Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
  3. Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  4. Address and resolve key clients' concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  5. Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align strategies with customer needs.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
  7. Monitor account performance, compile reports on progress, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  8. Stay on top of market trends and competitors to refine and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • You have experience in Key Account Management.
  • You have a true entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to work independently with strong responsibilities.
  • You have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, empathy, and a willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams.
  • You are pragmatic with a strong analytical mind and have an affinity for numbers.
  • You are fluent in English; other additional European languages are a plus.
