SEG Automotive Portugal, Unipessoal Lda. is a Shared Service Center for the SEG group.
We are an interdisciplinary and international team dedicated to supporting the organization of events, training sessions, and onboarding activities for new employees.
We aim to create a comfortable and friendly work environment for all employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Team with administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist the organization of events, training sessions, and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Provide support to employees regarding office facilities, ensuring a comfortable and friendly work environment.
- Support the preparation of communication materials, such as newsletters, announcements, and internal presentations.
- Ensure the proper functioning of office facilities.
- Support the creation and management of purchase orders and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade/year completed.
- Preferrable qualifications: Professional course in Administrative Management, Tourism, or similar areas.
- No more than 1 year of working experience.
- Great command of the English language.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools (Power Point, Excel, and Word).
