Join Our Global Team as a Sales Development Representative

TTEC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our global family, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to service and upsell client products to existing customers, ensuring seamless delivery of outstanding customer experiences. You'll also analyze customer data to identify new sale opportunities and develop targeted solutions to capitalize on these prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, informing sales decisions and optimizing sales processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Italian at an advanced B2/C1 level and proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • A well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting.
