Job Overview

BLEDAK is seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to provide top-notch support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in English, Dutch, or French, depending on client preferences.
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the above-mentioned languages (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: 1200 euro per month.
  • Holiday and Christmas bonuses: equal to base salary, paid monthly as a percentage.
  • 22 days of holiday entitlement per year, with flexibility to take compensation days for public holidays worked.
