As an Electrification Solutions Architect at Visteon, you will design and develop state-of-the-art power electronics solutions. Your expertise will drive innovation in all aspects of power electronics products.

The successful candidate will lead architecture development and key component design for power stage and control electronics. You will work closely with industry and academic consortiums to promote Visteon's technology positions and build a talent pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing industry-leading targeted attributes for EV power electronics
  • Creating and executing innovative designs and processes in all aspects of power electronics products

You will be accountable for on-time delivery of work packages according to plan and quality requirements. Additionally, you will engage with customers to answer inquiries related to the design characteristics and functionality of our products.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A solid power electronics background
  • Experience with DCDC converters simulation, schematic capture, and layout
  • Knowledge of PFC (power factor controller), LLC, and gate drive circuitry design

You will work within a constrained deadline environment and possess self-motivation to lead a distributed team toward a common goal. A BS in EE or related field with equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
