Customer Support Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Portuguese Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients across multiple touchpoints, including phone, live chat, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support through incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels.
• Deliver prompt and effective solutions for issues related to account setup, verification, sign-in, financial matters, and technical problems.
• Act as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
• Respond swiftly to inquiries, complaints, and comments across various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in line with company policies and procedures.
• Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes and improve service quality.

Requirements:
• Native Portuguese speaker
• B2 proficiency in English
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
