We are looking for a talented BPO customer support agent to join our team at GrabJobs. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our clients while working with world-renowned brands.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is fluent in Norwegian (C2 level or native), and possesses good knowledge of English (B1 level). You should also have typing speed of 20 words per minute and be available to work rotating shifts.

Job Description:
  • Support client activities by offering high-quality service;
  • Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries;
  • Maintain accurate records of consumer inquiries;
  • Use open-ended questions and system training to troubleshoot;
