Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level 1 and 2 help desk support for IT incidents and requests, including analysis and problem resolution
  • Proactively monitoring the IT production environment according to KPIs
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of Application documentation
  • Collect and scrutinize business requirements
  • Design IT solutions that align with business processes and architectural recommendations
  • Design and conduct functional tests throughout development and prior to launch
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Solution Expert Chapter
  • Optimize existing solutions and processes, e.g., by process harmonization, consolidation of applications, interfaces, and other IT Services
  • Optimize operations while ensuring that regulatory and security requirements as well as agreed service levels are met
  • Provide trainings to our end users
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business or Business Information Systems, or equivalent education qualification
  • Excellent IT knowledge and experience in Financial Services (e.g., Controlling and Financial Reporting, Financial Instruments, Leasing and Factoring Business, Risk Management and Risk Controlling Business) and related processes gathered through relevant work experiences
  • Gained 5-7 years professional experience in IT projects, especially with global banking/treasury systems, as well as knowledge of SQL, ideally with at least 2 years experience in LoanIQ
  • Experience as a member of an international, virtual team and working with external partners
  • Experience in operations and development of IT applications (e.g., ITIL), ideally ITIL certificate
  • Analytical information processing and decision-making competences
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English in speech and writing
Salary and Benefits

As a Senior IT Solution Expert, you can expect a competitive salary range of €60,000 to €90,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a hybrid and flexible working model, a budget for home office support, and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work. You'll also have access to our on-site medical center, sports groups, online learning platforms, and discounts with our partners.
