Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to join our team at Red Global. As a Freelance SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing SAP projects in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and manage expectations.
  • Manage the project budget, including cost estimates and financial reporting.
  • Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks to ensure the continuity and quality of deliverables.
  • Inspire and motivate project teams to ensure optimal collaboration and communication within the team.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of project plans, progress reports, and evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Completed higher vocational or university education, preferably in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP implementations and optimisations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in the energy sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
