About the Job
The Product Owner/Business Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our HRIS product. This involves defining the product vision, driving business value, and implementing effective solutions.
Main Activities
- Define the product vision by understanding client business stakes and strategies.
- Provide support for decision-making processes and play an advisory role for stakeholders.
- Ensure reliable and commented reporting with necessary alerts and recommendations.
- Manage the backlog and implement the product backlog.
- Analyse business requirements, provide innovative solutions, and challenge requirements where necessary.
- Produce functional/business specifications and validate acceptance criteria with sponsors.
- Evaluate user stories and ensure alignment to desired outcomes.
- Follow up development to ensure timely delivery and meets acceptance criteria.
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing, create testing plans, and identify issues.
- Develop and implement training plans for relevant users.
- Provide end-user support for transversal HRIS systems and act as main point of contact for production teams.
- Prioritize project tasks to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Build and manage relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT development teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in a technological environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
- Project management skills.
- Good communication skills – English oral and written.
- Client-focused approach.
