We are a Swiss telecommunications company with a presence in Lisbon, seeking a highly motivated and skilled German Customer Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a German and English speaker to provide exceptional customer service to our users. As a German Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for managing both routine and non-routine incidents, problems, and requests. Your primary goal will be to deliver top-notch service to our customers while escalating issues as necessary to meet or exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support for incidents and resolve typically known problems within required timescales.
- Takes ownership of listening to and understanding basic customer problems, asking relevant questions to resolve them efficiently.
- Escalates issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectations/SLAs.
- Monitors performance through statistical reporting and analysis.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Estimated Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
