What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This includes setting up our payroll in new countries, managing the monthly payroll processes, and reviewing payroll GL accounts. The successful candidate will also provide journal entries to the Financial Reporting team and perform internal audits when required. In addition, you'll answer questions from employees regarding payroll and implement process improvements to streamline payroll processes and reporting systems.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need 7-10 years of previous experience in global payroll and a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. You must also have extensive knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets and be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should demonstrate flexibility and openness to changes in the work environment and be able to take ownership of tasks while managing competing priorities.
