At Blu Selection, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met. Your primary goal will be to increase the portfolio of clients for our worldwide brands, collaborating with the team to achieve this objective.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, emails, web contacts, and orders, as well as being involved in order fulfillment and post-sales related activities.
* Call and qualify new potential clients and leads, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
* Build and enrich our database, creating business opportunities, and increasing revenue from accounts.
* Ensure close communication with the team to share information and collaborate on projects.

Requirements:

* Native Czech language skills and a good level of English.
* Previous experience in sales, with excellent communication (both spoken and written) and listening skills.
* Motivation and commitment to your work, with a strong team player mentality.
* Willingness to work with multiple nationalities and adapt to our company culture.

What We Offer:

* A one-year fixed-term contract, renewable annually.
* 40 hours of work per week, with a rotative schedule.
* Competitive salary conditions, including a fixed monthly salary of 1,400€ (excluding accommodation) or 1,700€ (including free accommodation and utilities).
