Job Overview

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources team at Euronext, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. This role requires a strong background in generalist HR, with experience in stakeholder management, recruitment, and employment law in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including screening, job descriptions, search, and selection
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all HR documents are in place and compliant with current legislation and group policy
  • Provide support in ad-hoc HR processes, including disciplinary procedures
  • Keep abreast of employment law in Portugal and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in similar functions within Human Resources
  • Experience in recruitment of IT profiles and setting up a new site
  • Service-focused with strong interpersonal skills, proactive, loyal, and dynamic
  • Ability to work independently, with a mature attitude and good working knowledge of employment law in Portugal
