The Role

We're growing a love brand in Europe, and this is where your journey begins. As a Social Media Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Marketing team, playing a vital role in developing and executing our social media strategy while ensuring our brand continues to engage and grow its audience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across all major platforms.
  • Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, written) to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
  • Defining and tracking KPIs to measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Managing and overseeing social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of posts.
  • Collaborating with designers and other team members to create visual and multimedia content.
  • Engaging with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer feedback.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Analyzing data and generating reports to inform future campaigns and improve strategy.
  • Managing and growing our social media communities by initiating discussions and responding to comments.
  • Working closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms of large communities, over 50,000.
  • Experience in Consumer Brands businesses.
  • Experience at a medium-sized startup in the recent past, ideally at a scale-up journey.
  • Love for dogs.
  • Fluent in English, and Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Comfortable in high-pressure and high-stakes environments.
