Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer support via telephone and email. Your responsibilities include:

  • Effective support for questions regarding the use and maintenance of our smoking devices;
  • Provision of technical support regarding the device or our website;
  • Providing information and possible troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian;
  • Demonstrates sympathy and empathy;
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and team spirit;
  • Flexibility and resilience;
  • Fast learning capacity;
  • Experience in telephone customer service/call center environment (preferred).
