We are looking for a native French speaker to join our team as an Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon, Portugal. As a brand ambassador, you will support customers, elevate their experience, and create engagement through personalized communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide excellent customer service through voice or digital platforms, understanding their needs and expectations;
  • To achieve high customer satisfaction through professional communication and apply brand tone to every interaction;
  • To obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling multiple times to resolve issues;
  • To be the ambassador and have specialized knowledge of our products, sustainability services, and commitments, continuously learning and taking advantage of new knowledge and skills in your work;
  • To create sales and customer retention opportunities between outbound and inbound contacts, influence high-value customers through genuine interest in their habits.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate empathetically and clearly;
  • Native level of French and some fluency in English;
  • A proactive attitude with a bias toward doing what's right for the community;
  • Attention to detail and results-driven mindset;
