As a Learning Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic and international environment welcoming and accommodating learners via phone/email.

Your primary role will be to provide guidance on language training and pedagogy, actively solving doubts and providing solutions to clients' requests.

You will work closely with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team to keep them updated on client progress.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and oral, fluency in Turkish, and another language (Arabic, French, German, Spanish or Italian...), and an advanced level of English.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
  • Assist learners who need help through calls or emails as prescribed by documented processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints, call clients to follow up on their training progress, and conduct demo calls.
  • Assist Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Team Leader/Manager.
  • Reach KPIs discussed with the LC Team Leader/Manager.

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or relation with clients.

Soft skills such as empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication skills are essential.

A good command of MS Office and Google tools, excellent command of English and Turkish required both spoken and written, fluent in another language (Spanish, German, French, Arabic or Italian) are also needed.

Salary is negotiable based on location and experience. In Lisbon, Portugal, where this role is located, we estimate the salary to be around €35,000 per annum.
