About the Role

You will work closely with our Service Provider team, collaborating on complex and in-depth problems requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, engineering, and communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct in-depth research on technical topics, reproduce customer's environments and issues using TAC lab equipment, and engage in technical discussions with product development and engineering teams.
  • You will detect potential design issues in customer networks to provide best practices and suggestions for efficient solutions.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor for our customers, providing expert guidance on network architecture and operations.
  • You will develop and maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies, including Routing protocols, Multicast, and MPLS technologies.
