**About Project A Services GmbH & Co. KG**
We are a multinational company seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Lisbon as our first hire.

As a key member of our team, you will focus on executing marketing strategies across various organic and paid channels for diverse portfolio companies.

Our Marketing team consists of data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their user base through programmatic paid media, customer engagement tactics, demand generation, marketing automation, and MarTech. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across growth channels (organic and paid) for diverse portfolio companies with different business models;
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Growth Marketing channels and platforms, including Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, and YouTube ads;
  • Test landing pages and creatives to align with KPIs such as CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and incremental metrics;
  • Design innovative account structures and strategies to achieve business goals, evaluate performance through analysis, and create reports to support data-driven actions and hypotheses;
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders about campaign and market development;
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting.

**Your Profile**
You should have 3-5 years of professional experience in Growth Marketing, ideally in a start-up environment. You're passionate about both B2C and B2B markets and can understand the opportunities in both areas. A good understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms is essential. Confidence in working with numbers, analyzing and interpreting data, and implementing basic tracking is also required. Proficiency or familiarity with AI and automation techniques is beneficial. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, a fast learner, and hypothesis-driven individual is necessary. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Portuguese are required. Other languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Danish, or Swedish are a bonus.

**Benefits and Requirements**
This position requires eligibility to work within the EU. We offer a competitive salary of approximately €85,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance and a generous paid time off policy.
