About the Role

We are seeking a talented Employee Experience Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional employee experiences through proactive support and engagement
  • Maintaining accurate records and creating analytical reports
  • Providing administrative and compliance support
  • Explain regulations, policies, and internal procedures to employees
  • Assisting with benefits management
  • Managing employee contracts
  • Administering HR systems

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Knowledge of Portuguese law, contracts, social security administration, and benefits management
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
