About Us:
(Ysla Group Ltd) is a leading luxury fashion brand renowned for its innovative designs and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a skilled Fashion Buyer to join our team, responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality materials that align with our brand's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and purchase fabrics, trims, and other materials that meet our high standards of quality and design.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct market research to discover new and innovative materials that could elevate our collections.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that the production team has the necessary materials to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand material requirements for each collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in fashion buying, with a strong foundation in fashion design.
- Extensive knowledge of textiles, trims, and garment construction.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
