Job Description:

This role involves providing technical assistance to users of a popular search engine platform. You will respond to customer inquiries via various channels and maintain a consistent brand voice.

You will escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.

Additionally, you will manage an individual ticket queue and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels;
  • Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support;
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions;
  • Escala
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets;
  • Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction;
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Review and provide feedback on help content.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in German and English, both oral and written;
  • Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

Benefits:

  • Working contract: 6 months (renewable);
  • Base salary of 1100€/month;
  • Performance bonus up to 120€/month;
  • Complexity bonus: 135€/month;
  • Monday to Friday – 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational);
  • Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM;
  • Days Off: 2 Days Rotational;
  • Location: Lisbon.
