Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer of a rapidly expanding travel startup seeks an exceptional individual to serve as their Personal Support Specialist. This role will involve managing daily tasks, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall well-being of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline daily life
  • Proactively anticipate needs and identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and procedures

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will handle personal errands, research cost-effective solutions, support with travel preparations, coordinate household duties, and provide care for the CEO's pet. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and time management skills, be proactive and resourceful in problem-solving, and possess fluency in Portuguese and English.

The work schedule is 10/11 am to 6/7 pm, Monday to Friday, at the CEO's office in Lisbon. Occasional evening work may be required for events that extend beyond regular working hours. The workload may vary from week to week to accommodate fluctuating demands.
