Salary
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $1040€ gross/month (including free accommodation)
- $1240€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. You will also be handling calls for prospects and clients, as well as being in contact with other departments and redirecting related cases and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of French and a good level of English
- Enthusiasm about fashion and trends
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- An attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
