Adecco Prestação De Serviços, Lda is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Order Management professional to join their team in Lisbon.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for handling customer database updates, including customer master data and pricelist maintenance. The successful candidate will guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP systems, ensuring that pricing errors are eliminated and accurate communication is maintained with customers.

Key responsibilities include documenting and maintaining pricing processes, reviewing and administering price deviations and exceptions, responding to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed, and effecting promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and have minimum 5 years of experience in customer service/data maintenance roles. They will represent the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times.
