Our platform optimizes the management of physical and logical flows by coordinating the entire supply process from production to delivery, as well as integrating systems of all players in the chain. We create a distinctive ecosystem designed to cater to our customers, ensuring top-notch performance and sustainability.
The ITSM Developer responsibilities include:
- Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications by creating and configuring modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog.
- Designing and implementing workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions to automate processes and improve user experience.
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A level 6/7 degree in Computer Science, Electronic or similar field, or a degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Foundation are a plus.
- The ability to work well in a team and demonstrate a sense of initiative.
- An advanced level in English and intermediate level in French.
