Catawiki is a dynamic and fast-paced e-commerce platform where you can engage with customers who are passionate about their special objects. As a Global Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of a team that strives to provide an excellent level of service to our buyers and sellers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customer's experience. You will mediate between customers and find solutions to complex challenges in a patient and empathetic way.

You will work closely with other departments to improve the overall Customer Experience. Your close customer contact will bring valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services.

About You
  • You are motivated by providing delight to our customers and have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • You possess professional speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English, as well as strong communication skills.
  • You have experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.) and can quickly switch between various customer channels like phone and email communications.

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires you to commute to our office at least 2 days a week. You must also be available to work 40 hours per week and some public holidays.
