**About the Role:**

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Regional Sales Manager - South Portugal to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and increase the existing customer base.
  • Implement strategies for developing field sales action plans.

**Requirements:**

  • Consistent Sales Goals achievement, with strong target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good market knowledge, with previous experience working in the same territory.

**Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Economics or technical related field.

5+ years' experience in sales management, preferably in Material Handling.

Able to travel around the related sales territory (South Portugal, Southwest Spain).

Familiarity with CRM software (SalesForce).

Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English is a must.
