Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and support engineering teams for seamless handovers.
- Enhance onboarding processes to meet specific client needs.
- Provide online training sessions for product adoption.
- Monitor client progress and address challenges proactively.
- Gather and document client feedback for product improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management.
