Job Overview

We're looking for a motivated self-starter who can handle high-velocity sales while providing an excellent customer experience.

As a Digital Inside Sales Specialist at Phiture, you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to informed buyers. You will provide several touch points across the customer journey to help them make informed buying decisions.

This is a new team at Phiture, so you will be one of the founding members in what will be a fast-growing area for our business.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily chat and email.
  • Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates.
  • Become an expert on Zendesk products.
  • Understand customer needs and make them champions.
  • Conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
  • Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity.

**Key Performance Indicators:** Ticket volumes, response and resolution times, productivity, activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.

**Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Software/SaaS experience preferred.
  • Real passion for Zendesk technology and ability to learn tools and processes quickly.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities.
