**About Us**

We are a leading sales and customer service solutions provider company, with a presence in over 80 nationalities from all over the world. Our international team is looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative for Hotels.

As a Customer Service Representative for Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our hotel guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact on the phone for hotel guests
  • Processing of all written enquiries and requests
  • Advising hotel guests via all communication channels used by the brand
  • Carrying out daily arrival and departure checks
  • Checking reservations as well as incoming payments

You will be working full-time (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts Monday to Sunday from 7am to 7pm. In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary, which includes:

1,586.05€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)

Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company

Airport pick up and reimbursement of initial flight expenses

Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)

Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Enthusiasm about traveling and the tourism industry
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
  • An attentive listening skill, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
  • A high degree of commitment and self-motivation
  • Being highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
