We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at Körber Supply Chain. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting process optimization, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Lean practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in process analysis to identify waste and propose solutions for implementation;
- Lead and help implement continuous improvement initiatives across different areas;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing or installation processes and implement them;
- Manage factory layout according to product portfolio and forecast;
- Implement 5S Program Management in both factory and office settings;
- Manage Factory KPIs;
- Develop Lean strategies;
- Lead teams in implementing solutions;
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Green Belt;
- At least 5 years of experience;
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification;
- Training in leadership and team management;
- Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies;
- Proficiency in process analysis;
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools;
- Autonomy, proactivity, persuasion, negotiation, teamwork, results orientation, and resilience skills.
