Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of OpCos 3-year People Plan.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of Functional People Plan, in line with the company's strategic objectives and policies.
- Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programmes in the areas of support.
- Liaise with COEs (centres of expertise) to attract, develop and retain the best talent to meet the organisation's needs.
- Drive the PM Cycle and ensure a high-quality performance management process in line with global standards and guidelines, challenging and supporting Line Managers and Employees.
- Lead the TRM (Talent Review Meetings), ensuring that the sessions contribute to a fair evaluation of performance and to the calibration, process, collection and sharing of feedback, also contributing to improving the level of objective setting, evaluation and feedback.
- Provide relevant business indicators and analyses for strategic and effective management, in line with the company's objectives and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in human resources, management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner and/or 1 - 3 years proven experience in a Human Resources function.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent internal and customer communication skills.
- Portuguese (fluent) and English (minimum B2).
